Refund policy


Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic and personal care product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. PEACHES N' POE LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

 Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided for the following:

  • Opened, used, or tampered items
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities*
  • Dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or personal preference*
  • Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address*
  • Normal wear, melting, separation, or texture changes due to weather, heat exposure, or shipping conditions

*Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists, product descriptions, and scent details prior to purchase. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please consult a medical professional before use.

*Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Peaches n’ Poe is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and refunds or reshipments will not be issued in these cases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@peachesnpoe.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) showing the issue
  • Photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, Peaches n’ Poe may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit equal to the purchase price of the affected item

Refunds to the original payment method are not issued.

 

Unauthorized Returns

Because we do not accept returns, please do not send products back without contacting us first at info@peachesnpoe.com Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 HOUR of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Peaches n' Poe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@peachesnpoe.com and we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Fraud Prevention

Peaches n’ Poe reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
